◆ 该机配备物联网智能检测系统，拥有强大的云存储功能，可实现远程操作。根据大数据库的分析，

◆ Applicable to automatically finish the welding, convey and welding corner cleaning of PVC win-doors rectangular frame or fan. It consists of welding unit, convey unit,

manipulator and corner cleaning unit.

◆ Welding line is controlled by industrial computer, equipped with special numerical system independently developed by our company.

◆ The welding unit of the machine body is horizontal design , with square rail kinematic pair and ball screw shaft transmission and positioning, the welding is stable, automatic compensation of dimension error is achieved, and the size of welding products is of high precision.

◆ The corner cleaning unit is equipped with highly precise servo drive system and high speed spindle with frequency and speed control, automatic cleaning of PVC win-doors welding seam is achieved.
